Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Analytics
- End to end insight generation
- Deep dive reports and dashboards
- Significant data investigation and data preparation
- Prepare recommendations to high level decision makers.
- User story workshopping and documentation.
- Process mapping, Process improvement and simplification
- Develop process and solutions to test on customers and users and provide reports and storytelling to effectively communicate the customer experience.
- Turn customer observations and insights into opportunities to improve user experiences
- Proven track record of delivering high quality results
- Customer focussed
- A critical thinker with an eye for detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and short turnaround times
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
- Ability to listen and ask the 'right' questions.
- Ability to work within large and small teams with attention to detail.
- Highly developed analytical and modelling skills.
- Application of theoretical and practical experience in analysing and solving complex problems.
- 3-5 years of BA experience
